This website is operated by Jupiter Media B.V., a private company with limited liability, with its registered office and principal place of business at Tingietersweg 14-16, 2031 ES Haarlem, tel. +31237519818, registered in the Trade Register under file number 69977011, VAT-identification number NL858088423B01, hereinafter referred to as “Jupiter”. Reference is made to the definitions in the terms and conditions.

Any personally identifiable information you provide to Jupiter by using our products and services will be held with utmost care. Jupiter adheres to the Dutch Data Protection Act ('DPA'). The manner of storage and the use of your personal data are registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority under number: m1660398.

1. Collected and processed information

Jupiter stores and processes all information that you provide via the Website. This information includes your Account, Performer content, Messages, your location data, your payment details and automatically generated information.

Account

To use the Member database, you must create an Account. When you create an Account, you are asked to enter certain information about yourself (username and gender). You will be asked to provide a valid e-mail address and password.

Your e-mail address is used to confirm and activate your Account and to contact you. You can define a user name yourself, if it has not yet been created by another user.

In your Account you are free add information to your Account, such as your telephone number, date of birth, sexual preferences, orientation and place of residence. Jupiter asks you for your orientation to best match her service to the User and to bring the User in contact with users of the same orientation.

The optional information you provide may contain special personal data within the meaning of the DPA. To the extent that you provide such personal data to Jupiter, you expressly authorize Jupiter to process this specific personal data.

If you -as a performer- post Performer content on the Website, Jupiter will ask you for a copy of your passport or your driving license. Jupiter is legally obliged to check for authenticity and must provide the Social Security Number or equivalent and contact details of these persons to the tax authorities.

Jupiter also sells articles via the Website. If you order an item, you must enter your address details. Jupiter uses this information only to be able to deliver the item (or have it delivered).

Performer content and Messages

Jupiter stores all Performer content and Messages that you publish in the Member database. The Performer content is only visible to the other paying Users.

Payment details

To make full use of the Member database, you must make purchases. For these purchases, Jupiter requires your telephone number or payment details, such as iDeal, Mistercash or Credit Card. This data is only used to execute the payment. When you pay via bank transfer, you will be redirected to your bank's website. After payment you will be redirected back to the Website.

Automatically generated information

For the Website to work optimally (for example, to be able to display pages properly and to secure the Website), Jupiter needs certain information. Jupiter therefore automatically collects generated information about your behaviour during your use of the Website. This information consists of:

If you wish to make changes to the personal data that you have seen further your request to view your data, and you are unable to make that change in your Account, you can request this from Jupiter at the aforementioned e-mail address. You can request that Jupiter modifies, corrects, supplements, deletes, erases or screens your data. Jupiter will respond to your request within four (4) weeks. If Jupiter cannot comply with your request, it will indicate in its reply the reasons thereof.

7. Changes

Jupiter preserves the right to modify its privacy policy at any time without further notice. Any changes to this Privacy Statement will become effective upon posting such changes.
